SHIPPING POLICY

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders with a merchandise subtotal of AU$80 or more after discounts. Express shipping and any other upgraded delivery services are not included in this offer.

For orders below AU$80, and for any upgraded delivery option, the available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery options and estimated timeframes depend on the delivery address and are shown at checkout where available. Estimated delivery dates are guides only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact Pickle Neuro as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive, please contact Pickle Neuro promptly with your order details. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
